I am a chartered Town Planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, graduating from University College London in 2003 with a Masters in town planning. I have over 22 years experience working with both small and large scale developments.
My planning career began at Epsom Borough Council in 2000, subsequently Tendring Council in Essex and most recently Tandridge Council, Surrey, including 8 years as appeals officer defending the Authority's planning decisions. Currently I work full time as a planning consultant with a broad knowledge of the planning process and in-depth practical experience of urban and rural applications, specialising in Green Belt submissions and planning appeals. My services also include pre-application advice and drafting planning drawings. I run my consultancy service from my own self-build home (completed 2018) in the village of Dormansland.
